Helllooo lovelies!!! I am back with a Cobalt tutorial for you guys. I’m stepping out of my comfort zone and away from my usual neutrals for this look. I usually don’t wear too much color when it comes to eye makeup, but I must say, I LOVE how this look turned out. I know you can’t tell in the video but this look made my eyes pop, which is hard since I have DARK brown eyes. All of the products I used will be listed below.
