Hey I was invited to go on a little adventure to sark island with Nike. On the trip we went for a run, did Baryys bootcamp, yoga, bike riding, designed our own Nike IDs met 4 amazing Great british athletes. Ate the most amazing food, got so much nike sports clothes, went on a plane a boat and a coach. Met some amazing and inspiring girls, laughed, sweated kicked but, worked out to a silent dicsco have I left anything out? All this in 2 days what a trip. Im now feeling so motivated and inspired with my fitness its unreal.
