Also, I realize that I'm going to get a ton of hate on this video, just like my past transformation videos. While I do not feel the need to DEFEND myself, I DO feel the need to spread the message of love and acceptance. No where in this video or in my mind do I say I'm "fat." When I started this program I had just come off of a move and I was exhausted, eating horribly, and not treating my body very kindly. YES, I was heavier than I've been in over two years, but more importantly, I didn't FEEL good and that's what being fit and healthy is all about. Bodies come in all shapes and sizes. As long as you are treating your body right, working towards "healthy" it doesn't matter what the outside appearance is. You are beautiful, no matter how much you weigh, how tall you are, or what color your hair is. Until you are loving and accepting of yourself and others, weight loss will not MATTER because true happiness comes from within.
