Hi all! Here is a DIY i did on an off shoulder polo/turtleneck racerback top! I hope you guys will like the design. I thought it was cute (: I am sorry if my hand was blocking at some parts. I thought folding it inwards made the shirt looked clean cut. If you are able to sew that would help, if not you can also use fabric glue. I got the elastic bands from a local craft store. I decided to add that in so that the top does not droop down making it loose or ill fitting. I Please comment, like or subscribe! It would mean a lot to me. Thank you! (:
