To celebrate the new doctor we are going to make some dalek and tardis chocolate! I tried so hard to temper the chocolate correctly and I finally got it right after the 3rd try! If you don't get it right immediately -- you can set it aside in the fridge and it will harden :D It just will melt at room temperature.
