I'm recommending my favourite products for fine, medium and thick hair that needs to be strengthened or moisturized.

For fine-medium hair that needs strength:
Look for products with words like:
Protein, Strengthening, Rebuilding, Repair
Best product to buy: Redken's Extreme Haircare line

For Thick hair that needs Strength and Moisture:
Look for products that say: Strengthen and Moisturizing
Ideal product: Redken's Real Control Haircare Line

For Fine-medium hair that needs moisture:
look for products that say: light moisture, moisture balancing, light hydration
ideal product: Redken's Clear Moisture

For Medium to to Thick hair that needs Moisture:
Look for products that say: Moisturizing or hydrating,
Ideal product: Redken's All Soft Haircare line
