Banana
1cup diced Pineapple chunks
1/2 cup Blueberries
4small Strawberries
1 1/2 cups Spinach
1/2 cup orange juice
1cup rice milk
Cucumber slices
1/4 cup whey protein
2basil leaves
1tblsp flaxseeds
1tblsp B12
2cup ice
