This is my wash day routine. I try to wash my hair at least once a week but sometimes life gets in the way and I stretch it out to 2 weeks. This method has worked the easiest for me and I will continue to use this method until I find something better.
I only clarify about once a month using either a clarifying shampoo or apple cider vinegar (1 part) mixed with water (2 parts). Then I usually follow it with a sulfate-free shampoo for a little extra cleansing. I ALWAYS deep condition after I clarify/shampoo to replenish the moisture loss in my hair.
My wash day routine usually takes me a whole day or most of the day.
