I used to struggle with spots for years. Now if my skin slips out of control, 3 days with these methods and it's clear again. Here are some key points:
1. micellar water as remover, cleanser and moisturiser (you can get in pharmacy)
2. take the makeup off before going to bed (duh!)
3. no more processed foods and soda - lot's of water and fruit/veggies
4. Sudocream (nappy rash cream) on those spots that somehow managed to survive (or toothpaste)
5. If all else fails around 10 more hacks ;)

I love to make a face mask using oatmeal, almond milk, lemon juice, and honey. Just grind the oatmeal into almost a powder, add a small amount of lemon juice and honey, then warm almond milk until you have the consistency of watery mud. Apply to your face and let it sit until it dries, then wash off. It's so hydrating and the citric acid in the lemon is exfoliating. Your skin will feel amazing.
