DIY: Healthy all natural power protein smoothie.
First:
Juice Khale, spinach, baby carrots about 1/2 cups worth after juiced.
Then add to the blender with:
1cup pineapple
1large banana
6 cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup blueberries
5 strawberries
1 Tbsp Flaxseed
1/4 cup fresh cucumber
2cups ice
1cup rice milk
And blend until smooth
OPTION: 1tsp Agave nectar for extra sweet taste. But not necessary.
