Your nails are made up of Keratin, the same protein as your hair is made of. Everyone
want their nails to grow fast and strong and they add beauty to your hands.
Here are some ways to make your nails grow faster, strong and shinier.

Some easy steps to grow nails faster at home:-
- Your nails are made up of protein. It is important that you have a proper intake of protein rich foods such as Eggs, beans, Protein shakes, Biotin.
- Trim and File your nails regularly to get rid of any weak parts.
- Washing dishes can make your nails weak. The detergents are very harsh for your nails and affect its growth. To protect your fingers from harmful chemicals, always wear gloves.
- Garlic is very effective to make your nails grow fast. Apply garlic paste to your nails twice a week or simply cut a garlic clove in half and rub it on your nails. I know guys it smells bad but its very effective for nail growth.
Garlic has so many strengthening properties and is naturally antibacterial as well. Most of the Nail Hardener/Nail Growth serums include garlic extracts in it and you have to pay quite a bit for it. So why not using a raw garlic on your nails from your kitchen, its inexpensive and more effective.
- Always apply moisturizer after washing your hands and Massage your cuticles with
Olive Oil, Argon Oil or Vaseline for healthy looking nails.
- Never ever bite your nails, if you cant stop it you can buy STOP Nail Biting Polish from your local drug store or online.
