Recipe: approx. 6-8 servings
What you'll need! FYI: tsp = teaspoon T = tablespoon
Vegetables:
10 small potatoes or 5 large potatoes (Aloo)*(whichever you prefer)|Large Cubes
5-8 Roma tomatoes or 4 vine tomatoes (whichever you prefer)|Medium Diced
1 large yellow onion (Peela Pyaaz)|Medium Diced
1 head of cauliflower (Gobi)|Medium Chopped
Cilantro (Coriander Leaves/Dhaniya) *optional
Spices:
2 T~Vegetable Jalfrezi (You can find this at any Desi store. I use SHAN brand.)
1 T~Coriander Powder (Dhaniya Powder)
2 tsp~Cumin Seeds (Jeera) *optional
1 tsp~Curry Powder
1 T~Garam Masala (You can find this at any Desi store. I use RAJAH brand.)
1 tsp~Ground Cumin (Jeera Powder)
2 tsp~Chili Powder (Lal Mirch Powder)
1 T~Turmeric (Haldi)
To Taste~Salt (Namak) *optional
MISC:
1/2 Cup to 3/4 Cup Olive oil, Canola oil or Ghee (Whichever you prefer)
2-4 T~Ginger Garlic Paste (You can find this at any Desi store. I used Shan brand in this video; however, NATIONAL is an even better brand. You can also by the Ginger paste separate from the Garlic paste.)
