Here's what you need

Base Coat
Base Color of Your Choice: I chose Revlon Minted
Rose Base Color (polka dot): I used Essie Neo Whimsical
Rose Petal Color: I used LA Splash Pink Lavender

Other Materials:
Orange Wood Stick/Toothpick
Migi Nail Art Pens: I used this for the first method and I think I liked it better.
