--UPDATE--
After prepping my skin with the Tarte Maracuja Oil and mixture of both hydrating and blurring primers the foundation applied beautifully! I used my fingers and only had to apply one layer to get the desired coverage and finished up with a beauty blender to push in any excess products. Overall, I really do like the foundation but it's one that requires good prep work if you have any dry patches!
