This is my 4th Halloween design of 2017! I do love Halloween though. Hope you enjoy this design, If you are reading this and you a complete beginner to nail art, i really would recommend trying this design, it really is easy and quick to create! I took so long to do the iris of the eye because the acrylic paint I used was awful lol.

Don't want to buy them... no worries, use the end of a pin or something with a rounded end! For the brush, an old cleaned eyeliner brush will work perfectly.

Basecoat - Jordana Extra garlic base coat

White - Absolute New York - Pure white
Red - De'Lish Nails London - Leaf it to me
Black - MUA - Pitch Black

Top coat - Seche Vite Fast drying topcoat

Nail art brush
Dotting tool
Acrylic Paint - Blue, Green & Red. Yu can do any eye colour you like though.
