Well hello there everyone. Todays What's new Wednesday is a very special and highly anticipated video. I have finally found the best white liquid liner! Seriously you need this! The brand is called Suva Beauty and the liner is called Space Panda. This is one of their Hydra Liners. After a long struggle and a lot of money down the drain I have finally found it. The best White Liquid Liner EVER! Now this is a Hydra Liner, meaning it's activated with water. But the prefered method which I use is to activate it with eye drops. The eye drops give it a creamy and smoother application which is to die for. It\'s highly pigmented, oh god, that word pigmented... It's so vibrant. I'm so happy because its smudge proof and doesn't crack like some brands *cough* Nyx Cosmetics *cough* nor does it burn when applying. This is NOT SPONSORED!
