This meal plan is something that I personally do to break a Platuea. Normally my issue is my digestion system.
You may have to change it up a little to fit your needs
but please make sure whatever changes you make, you still get the fiber and the cals and carbs are still low.

Start your day with-
Water, cinnamon, lemon and Apple Cider vinegar- 1Tbsp.-
No eating for at least 30 mins

1/4 Banana
1/2 Oats
1/2 of Milk
Cinnamon
nutmeg
teaspoon option of honey or sugar
Top it with
1/4 cup BlueBerries
1/4 Banana
1/4 Walnuts
L. Chicken Bowl
1/4 Corn
1/2 Black beans
1/4 Quinoa
1/4 Chicken
1 Tbsp Geek yogurt
1 Tbsp Salsa
1 Tbsp Cheese
1 1/2 Cup of green leafy veggie
i.e...
Lettuces any kind
Spinach
Kale
D. 1 1/2 Cup Broccoli
8 Medium Shrimp or 5 large
Day 2-
B. Overnight oats
1/4 cup BlueBerries
1/4 Banana
1/2 Oats
1/2 of Milk

B. Smoothie
3 Large Strwberries
1/2 cup of spinach
1/2 Avacodo
1/4 Banana
1/2 cup of Almond milk
1 Tbsp Flaxseeds
L. Chicken Bowl
1/4 Corn

1/4 Quinoa
1/4 Chicken

1 Tbsp Cheese

The wrap are normally lower in carbs and calories so i would prefer you go with that option.

When seasoning food, try to use no salt added items, or something like. ...
Himalayan salt- This salt is, in fact, quite rich in minerals, containing all 84 essential trace elements required by your body.
OR
Red Alaea salt- It is estimated to contain the highest concentration of essential trace minerals of any salt and is especially iron rich
Your smoothie and/or smoothie bowl should consist of no more than two fruit, avocados are great substitutions for bananas, makes smoothies very creamy.
Marijuana as well as some non-prescription medications can prevent your body from releasing urine and waste. If you're going to start this seven day plan you need to stop consuming these things, at least one day before you start the seven day plan.
