Kalua Pig & Cabbage Ingredients:
1 1/2 tbsp Hickory Liquid Smoke
1 Top Sirloin Pork or Pork Shoulder or Pork Butt
1 head of Cabbage
Ground Pepper (flavor to your liking)
Pink Himalyalan salt- flavor to your liking (I wanted Hawaiian Salt but I no more in Minnesota :/ )
(((Optional: Wrap the pork in banana leaves and tie in crockpot)))
