Hey y'all,

In today's video we will be working on building our butt for Vlogmas 2017. I am working on targeting specific muscles with the use of controlled movements has really helped me to make my butt have a more rounded look. I plan to start doing more videos on how I went from slim to slim thick REALLY soon. I have gained in the right areas, and want to share.

We will also be going grocery shopping in the produce section for FIT foods. These healthy food options keep my stomach flat and help fuel my workouts.
