We ALL have those moments when we're feeling unconfident in our appearance. I don't about know you guys, but I often find when the projects keep pouring in and my days are crowding with tasks quickly, that's when I start to unintentionally neglect myself. I skip my skincare routine, space flossing, leave the house with chipped nail polish, eat quick high sodium meals and forget to drink enough water (which in turn always bloats my body and face, like in this video!!), and let my frizzy lion-like hair run wild. I know very well what a difference it can make in a woman's confidence and emotions when feeling a bit overwhelmed with life, so in hopes to help every girl feel a little better about herself - no matter how short on time - here's my no-fail way of pampering myself quickly so I feel a bit more Kayleena and... well... prettier ;)
