If you use a primer (and a nail dehydrator) your nails will stay on much longer. :))

I have a few tips for you as far as acrylics. You can buy dappen dishes which are small glass dishes for about a dollar at any beauty supply and even ebay. those are better than taking the polymer powder straight from the jar which you can also contaminate. and when you pick up the powder with a brush, you can also dip the tip of the brush in the powder, and rotate slightly to form the ball. and if you want a bigger ball, rotate more... etc.
and instead of forming the nail with the tip of the brush, you can form it with the middle of the brush. just some tips from my Cosmetology book lol ;)
