I have been intuitive eating and I am LOVING it! Have you guys ever heard of it? Have you tried it? If you have, what do you think of it? This is seriously the best thing, especially around the holidays and I think this is truly going to help me with my relationship with food, which is something I need big time or I’ll never succeed at getting and keeping this weight off. I have also been weighing myself again. I know I said I wasn’t, but I have just been using it as a tool as I get this intuitive eating a try.
