1 butternut squash
2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp olive oil
4 celery stalks
4 carrots
2 granny smith apples
2 large onions
2 potatoes
1 Tbsp garlic
2 tsp nutmeg
1 Tbsp cinnamon
2 bay leaves
pinch of red pepper flakes
32oz. can chicken broth
1 cup water
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tsp poultry seasoning
salt and pepper to taste

Garnish:
green onions
sour cream

Cook 30mins with rolling boil and blend til smooth
