Hi hi guys! Welcome back to my channel...So I am in the bulking season which means that I am trying to put on lean muscle mass. In order to do that I am focused on areas that need more improvement like my hamstrings. Although, I do not need to grow my glutes I want to build it as much as possible because when I start cutting closer to my show date of competing for bodybuilding, I may loose my booty. So the more you build the less you loose! I have very stubborn hamstrings so I am really focused on growing them more for when I compete in bodybuilding next year! I love builfng my glutes so I hope you enjoy this one!
