- Tinkle Razors...you can find these online for really cheap. These are just basic straight shaving razors; very gentle on the skin. Exfoliation is really important even if you have dry skin, applying makeup on dry, flaky skin is number 1...pretty gross, but number 2, the makeup won't apply well. So this is the way I exfoliate before applying heavy makeup...give it a try if you feel like it. No it doesn't cause you to get hairier. Yes I did film myself shaving my face. Wow if my family watches this they're probably shaking their heads at me rn

- Masqueology Eye Gel patches. I don't like these...sorry, but they work just the same as those cheap gold eye patches you can buy off Amazon. Adds a little bit of moisture, doesn't do much else. Supposedly it's supposed to firm up your undereye area but no, nyet, aniyo...plus it's a pain to use. My undereye area tends to be very dry and irritated so moisturizing them beforehand is a must. Still trying to find the best way undereye patches, but these will have to do for now.

- ReGen Aqua Bio Skingel Mask. My mom gave this to me after she returned from Korea, it's honestly one of the best moisturizing face masks I've ever tried. Downside is finding it. I don't know if it's discontinued or what, but I can't find it online. Very miffed by that! Obvs after exfoliating and applying a clay mask, your skin will be very dry, so it's important to add moisture back into it right away.

Also, as a disclaimer, I'm no skin expert, this is just how I prep my skin for heavy makeup. I naturally have dry skin so I focus a lot on skincare to ensure the makeup sits nicely on my face.
