but really tho thank you guys for watching and hearing me out. this is really what's best for me at the moment and I appreciate everyone tuning into my health journey. veganism would work for me in a perfect world but since my stomach literally rejects the entire food pyramid, here we are!! unable to be vegan and feel healthy!! also may i add that whilst vegan and eating foods of no substance, i would have like a couple drinks w friends and spend nine hours of the next day puking my guts out. hasn't happened since i quit bein vegan jussayinnn.
also let me know if you liked the full leg workout!! stoked I could actually film a workout, although v bummed I can't be doing any compound lifts bc of me lil ol aching back. but I'm working with what I got, and maybe you guys can try some of these isolation leg/glute exercises if you struggle with low back pain like I do!
