Let's get real, guys.

We have all probably fallen prey to waiting for the perfect moment. For me, it was years of "taking the next step" - college, postgrad, moving country.. My dissatisfaction followed me everywhere.

I couldn't shake the feeling that I was waiting. Waiting for my life to start. Waiting for that perfect firebolt moment when the clouds would part and suddenly everything would align for me.

I didn't realise that it was only my own INACTION that held me back from living the life that I truly wanted for myself.

It's funny - I had to be told to use my initiative, to be proactive.

And even after being REPEATEDLY told from many sources, I chose to ignore that advice. It took a lot of hard lessons, tears and tantrums for me to FINALLY REALISE that the key had been in my hands, all along.

As soon as I realised the POWER I had been denying myself for my whole life, everything changed. I realised that what I wanted more than anything was to help others make this same realisation. I want to empower people and awaken them to their own strength.

I do this through living my dreams, sharing my vision and my light through teaching Yoga, YouTube and my blog - and I've only just begun.
