Here is my hubby demontrating "The Swing". It targets shoulders, abs, chest, hamstrings and arms. After just 10-15 minutes of this exercise he felt weak and limber. The next day he felt sore.

The kettlebell is known to be effective and is used in our miltary and by firemen.
Use lightweights for weight loss and toning. Heavier for weight building.
