Ingredients ๐

1Whole cucumber, sliced or diced
2 tomatoes,
1/4 parsley
1/4 teaspoon chili powder, cayenne pepper, and pepper paprika (if you love spicy food, like I do add these extra spicy herbs of your choice. But do keep in mind they hold no calories and sodium).
1/2 medium (red onion is optional)
1 Garlic clove
2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar, a couple of splashes
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, eyeball it Salt and pepper

Directions ๐
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Dress with vinegar and oil, salt and pepper, to your taste๐
