Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies:
-2 1/4 cup Gluten-Free Flour Mix
-1 tsp baking soda
-1 tsp salt
-1 cup butter (softened)
-1 1/2 cup coconut sugar
-2 eggs
-1 tsp maple syrup
-1 cup chocolate chips

Gluten-Free Flour mix
-48 oz. White Rice Flour
-24 oz. Brown Rice Flour
-10 oz. Potato Flour
-12 oz. Tapioca Flour
-3 tbsp Xanthan Gum
