Everyone, just please take a moment. Hug, kiss, hold your loved ones. Make sure that they know YOU will ALWAYS be there to help them through the roughest of times. Parents, teach your children to love, to not justify their actions, to treat everyone as an equal. Boys & men, specifically...Just because society says "to be a man is to be tough and not emotional", recognize you have feelings and they can be expressed and understood too. It DOES NOT make you less of a man just because you are secure in how you feel.
Men die by suicide 3.5x more often than women. Don't let "being a man" stop you from being human, and expressing your inner self if you need the help.
