Pray continually,

Two simple words have so much meaning. Even though we can get emotionally and spiritually bruised and battered we still need to remember to pray in the midst of it all.

Second verse 2 Corinthians 12:9 NIV
But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.


It's great to know that it is ok for me to be weak because then God's strength can shine through me.
