Hey loves!! I've gotten so many requests lately for an updated What I Eat in a Day for Weight Loss video. I recently lost about 5 lbs without going to the gym - which has sucked. I've been so busy and my schedule has allowed for no gym time for about 6 weeks. I do try to stay active with little at home workouts but nothing like I do at the gym. I'm sharing some meal plan ideas via a full day of eating sharing what I have been eating and what changes I've made (following the 8 hour diet technique and cutting back a bit on carbs).
