I like to stay in the word so when one devotional ends, I like to immediately start another. I really liked Don't Settle For Safe 3 day Devotional by Sarah Jakes Roberts but I felt like it was too short. I wanted more!

3 For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. 4 The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds.

I am human so wIe have human desires and struggles. BUT I like this because it reminds me that as a child of God, I am set apart and that we don’t have to be afraid because through God we have to power to overcome any obstacle through prayer and faith and through speaking the truth in love. I don’t have to be manipulative or deceitful.

Ephesians 4:15 (NIV)
15 Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ.
