Have you guys ever tried to work out and target one area of your body to lose fat? How did that work for you? Well for me that never works for me lol.



Fat tends to accumulate around my mid section so I decided to give a non invasive procedure a try. This procedure is called Sculpsure. Not to be confused with cool sculpting.

Sculpsure is a non-surgical laser treatment for the reduction of stubborn fat in areas like the abdomen, love handles, back, and inner and outer thighs.
Some individuals begin to see results around 6 weeks and optimal results in 12 weeks.

I am showing my results at both time increments and I do plan on trying this procedure again.
