After watching some people in one of Facebook groups talk about the goodness that is Himalayan Sole, I decided to try it out for myself. All you need is 1 to 2 cups of Himalayan salt, a large mason jar with a plastic top, and some purified/filtered water.

Take the salt and place it in the jar. Then fill the jar up with water. Put the top on the jar tightly and then shake the jar. Leave it on the counter for 24 hours. If there is salt left in the jar, it is fine. If there isn’t any salt left, add some more and repeat the process. The solution never goes bad since it is just salt and water. Just repeat the steps to make more as you finish the solution.

Mix a teaspoon of sole in a glass of water on an empty stomach every morning using a non-metal utensil.
