Hi hi guys! Welcome back.... So I really wanted to focus on this video and this day of workout on FORM and going back to the basics. The reason being is that form is the most important part of working out! It's okay to start off slow and progress as your body grows and is able to because we all have to start from somewhere, including me. The last thing you want is to do a workout wrong and have an injury. So do it right the first time and you will do it again and again like riding your bike :) Hope this helps you on your journey and neveR givE uP!
