Last Wednesday, Evan and I closed on a house and we couldn't be more excited about being homeowners. We had planned on heading over to the house later in the day to check everything out and enjoy the bareness of the our new abode. Evan had this brilliant idea of having Maddie, our fat pup aka Pig, give you guys a quick house tour of the empty space...and to also get her acclimated with the foreign surroundings. So we strapped a GoPro to her and let her do her thing. I had my camera as well (I'm always documenting something haha), but I honestly had no idea he was going to propose.

After letting everything sink in for a week, I can say that it feels so special getting to step into our new home as an engaged couple and I wouldn't have changed how Evan proposed. Sweet and simple and perfectly us. Enjoy the crazy video Maddie filmed!

Also, we're matching because we were headed to the Cardinals game to celebrate the closing...no, we're not Cardinals fans.
