Hello! Wow have i missed you all! Here is the first video to my new series of acne videos - These will be posted weekly twice a week! I suffered with acne, cystic acne, back acne and adult acne for such a long time, that is over 9years. I tried a lot of medications as well as skin care products and nothing worked!
Why did it not work? I did not realise that the route cause of acne cystic acne was the INSIDE , the digestion system. Every time food causes bloating or constipation it shows on the skin! The list of foods i have avoided (some i eat now n then) it took a lot of work to really cut out these foods:
Takeaways that includes fried food,burgers,crepes
Sweets - chocolates hard sweets sugar
Caffeine
Soda
Eggs / Dairy foods - milk cheese yogurt
cakes
flour - bread doughnuts wraps
Corn - sweet corn
Almonds - pineapple - peaches - origano - thyme - rosemary
As you can see there are so many things i have had to cut out and there are many more foods i should cut out but those are little ingredients in sauces and honestly i have not bothered to look! I'm pretty sure if i did, my acne would have cleared much quicker!
