I am sharing what I eat and not forcing anyone to eat what I show ;) Some days I will show you food that might not be the healthiest at the times, other days super healthy and clean.. but I wanted to share with you how simple ww can be and how it has been helping me :) This is not a sponsored video I just really like weight watchers because I can eat all my fav foods! MEATLOAF
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 egg (whisk it)
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup white onions chopped
1 tsp or 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
dash of salt (optional) I do it sometimes
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup pasta sauce (traditional)
Preheat oven to 375F
set aside 1/4 cup each pasta sauce and same with the parmesan .
Mix all the other ingredients together as shown in the video
place it all in a loaf dish after mixing well.
top with the pasta sauce you set aside earlier and top that with more Parmesan cheese! bake for 40 minutes. DONE! YUM
(I got this recipe a lonnnnng time ago and can't find the original but I pretty much memorized it all and its soooo good!!) LMK if you try it!
