Sup, Today we are lifting for the upper body. I was dying after this because I really maxed on bench (something that I rarely do). This upper body workout was one of my friends programs, so it was very different than what I normally do. All of the lifts are listed below.

1. Bench Press 4x8 Max Set 1-3 depending on you
2. Overhead Press 4x12-15
3. Overhead Extensions 4x8
4. Dips 3x12
5. Cable Pulls? 4x8 I honestly can't remember the exact name of this one, and I struggled with form.
