RECIPES
Chicken Fajita Bowls - Lunch time meal prep
- Stir fry cut chicken breasts (or slice your own)
- Fajita seasoning
- Chopped bell peppers
- Pico de gallo
- Low fat sour cream
- Mix of brown/white rice
*Toss chicken in fajita seasoning and grill until cooked through
*Broil bell peppers in oven until softened and slightly charred
*Place pico de gallo and sour cream in separate sauce containers
*Assemble and place in fridge up for 3-4 days, freeze for longer storage
