Don’t loose faith by envying the wicked, or anyone else for that matter

Sometimes I feel “less than”
I stumble over my words in these videos, I’m not married, I don’t have any kids, the list goes on and on. Going on Facebook and seeing how wonderful everyone's life is doesn't help matters for me.

But the bible says….

Psalm 73:2-5 (NIV)
2 But as for me, my feet had almost slipped;
I had nearly lost my foothold.
3 For I envied the arrogant
when I saw the prosperity of the wicked.
4 They have no struggles;
their bodies are healthy and strong.[a]
5 They are free from common human burdens;
they are not plagued by human ills.

I DO NOT think that people on Facebook are wicked or arrogant, but I do get a little envious at times. This is a part of me that I am not proud of and I need to work on

I want to focus on my own spiritual growth

But as for me, it is good to be near God.
I have made the Sovereign Lord my refuge;
I will tell of all your deeds.

I won’t boast about myself, but about how great God is to us all!
