I deal with feelings of worthlessness sometimes. Sometimes I feel like there is a mean person in my head saying mean things to get me to leave this world. It is a battle for me, so staying in the Word helps.

6 Are not five sparrows sold for two pennies? Yet not one of them is forgotten by God.
7 Indeed, the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Don’t be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.

If the Lord remembers a single sparrow, which by itself is worth less than a penny, surely he is concerned with me and my daily life.

Remember each day, you are worthy, you are valuable, you are here for a reason.
