Hey guys,
I'm not sure what to put here! You guys know I went to Japan recently. I've been talking about it for ages! So maybe a quick run-down of each day would be good?
DAY 1: TOKYO. I stayed at a ladies' hostel in Shibuya (it's very good, look it up, it's the only one with an onsen) and went thrift shopping. Since I was staying in Shibuya, I started there, and walked up through to Harajuku. It's not far! Give it a go some time. After that, I went back to the hostel to chill out.
DAY 2: TRAVEL TO FUJI ROCK. I've blogged about this already. Get a shinkansen to Echigo-Yuzawa station, then get the shuttle bus to the festival. Set up, chill out, and go see what's happening at night.
DAY 3: 1ST FUJI ROCK DAY. Headliner - Gorillaz.
DAY 4: 2ND FUJI ROCK DAY. Headliner - Aphex Twin.
DAY 5: 3RD FUJI ROCK DAY. Headliner - Björk.
DAY 6: TRAVEL BACK TO TOKYO. This is exhausting! Make sure to book your shinkansen back to to Tokyo in advance. Once I arrived, I took another train to Ueno where I was staying at the Centurian Ladies' Hostel (another good one). RELAX!
DAY 7: TOKYO & HOME. For my final day in Japan, I tried to hit as many thrift stores as possible in Shimokitazawa. It's such a fun, casual district of Tokyo, I love it. After shopping, I had to quickly get a train back to Tokyo station, get my bag, get another train to the airport, and then fly home to Australia.
I highly encourage all of you to travel to Japan. I was there for one week, but you really need at least two, especially if it's your first trip to the country. Give yourself lots of time to explore! It might be a tiny country, but it has a ridiculous amount on offer. I wish I could have travelled to Yamagata, where I used to live, but I had zero time.
I will go back one day. I love Japan!
Xx Jess

A little about me:
In short, I’m a YouTube addicted procrastinator. At some point I decided to start making videos instead of just watching them, and here we all are, many years later and only slightly wiser. I’ve also been #blessed with adult hormonal acne, so a lot of my videos deal with all the fun stuff that comes along with that, like acne scarring and acne treatments. But since this is my personal channel, you’ll also find vlogs and chit-chat videos, which will probably all sound much the same as this blurb. So, thanks for reading, and if you like what you see then I’ve got more words and pictures on my blog http://www.jessbunty.com
My Skin Type: oily and acne-prone. I suffer from hormonal acne along my jawline, chin and neck.
