☀️ I LOVE being outside in the sun, but I've been guilty, on many occasions, for not wearing sunscreen due to ☀️1) lack of knowledge. ☀️2) I hate the way sunscreen leaves a white residue. ☀️3) It's overly fragranced and leaves you feeling sticky. 🖤Black Girl Sunscreen (@BlackGirlSunscreen) is made to address our specific concerns as Black women. Although this is a Broad Spectrum sunscreen of SPF 30, @BlackGirlSunscreen acts a moisturizer and will ensure that your skin stays soft, touchable, and smooth. 🌻This has been the only brand that I've been able to use on a daily basis that has been able to replace my many lotions, oils, and butters. As yall can see from the video, you won't get that ugly white residue that's associated with most sunscreen brands. 🙌🏾Even though our melanated skin has the ability to protect us from the sun, skin cancer does not discriminate. 😳The "Broad Spectrum" that's in @BlackGirlSunscreen will protect you from the UVA and UVB rays. Your skin is the biggest organ on your body and it's important that the products that you use are as natural as possible. ❤️@BlackGirlSunscreen is Oxybenzone and Paraben free. Oxybenzone is linked to cancer, cell damage, killing the coral reefs, and is found in nail polishes, and hair sprays. Parabens are notorious for clogging pores and, just like oxybenzone, is linked to cancer. 🚫Even though the summer is coming to an end, be sure to wear your @BlackGirlSunscreen year round if you're going to be outdoors.
