Good morning everyone!! If you want to lose weight, a very simple and easy way to stay fuller longer , eating less and staying satisfied is by "adding greens to your smoothies for weight loss". Especially, if you don't like the taste of vegetables. you really can't taste them when mixed with fruit. here I have a blend of spinach, kale, chard, banana, strawberry, distilled ice cubes. because we like it cold right?
