good morning this is what I ate for breakfast Aug 14 th, 2017. my smoothie has kale, spinach, blueberry, strawberry, banana. this is so good and will give you the much needed energy and clarity you need to go about your day! coffee will wake you up but then you will crash and if you don't have another cup, you are very tired . Plus coffee is bad for our nervous system.
