The are missing key ingredients that ABH shadows normally have. When you compare formulas, it's clear as day, that missing ingredients are contributing to the issues people are having.

Is this the worst eyeshadow palette I've ever used? No, but it's not even average based on the issues I've had, and this is a brand who consistently makes AMAZING products. This is a product I want to do well, and something I was really really excited about. I really don't fuss over every little thing that comes out, but this looked like my kinda palette.

According to Norvina, there was also an issue with pressing, which makes some sense too- but I strongly believe this is a formula issue as well. So if you have this palette and you've been like WTF- you're not alone. I'm not making this video to bash the company- I genuinely have so much love for ABH! I'm trying to be a good friend and let them know they messed up. My hope is they will reissue this palette with a formula that is closer to what we expect from them. I believe this palette would be a winner if they did.
