I hurt today. I kept my niece and nephew and I always play with them too hard and then I regret it later. Why Lord Why! Why do I do it?
They get so excited and I get excited and then I’m picking them up and tossing them around.

By the time it’s over, and I get home, I pass out and then I can barely move. I woke up and thought it was Saturday.

36 He took a little child whom he placed among them. Taking the child in his arms,he said to them, 37 “Whoever welcomes one of these little children in my name welcomes me; and whoever welcomes me does not welcome me but the one who sent me.”

Always be loving and kind the children, just remember, If you are out of shape like me, you can’t play as hard as they do.
